		<description>Reading your article explains the cycle of it rather well.  Hitting bumps in the journey to lose weight is when &quot;missing&quot; your favorite food seems to come up.  I know that when I am on track with the program I do not &quot;miss&quot; my favorite food.  Especially if my favorite food is what assisted me in being overweight!</description>
