		<description>I have a lot I could go into on this, but I will leave my thoughts as this - it is naive to think that only those with a BMI over 30 are unhealthy.  There are many, many people whose BMI is in the perfect range, but are totally unfit.

I do think there is a problem with obesity, but I think there is a problem with fitness levels in general.  In my humble opinion, PE should be required for every grade of school and college.
