The Meal Plan
Our program utilizes three clinically proven and time tested concepts:
1. A portion controlled, low glycemic meal plan
2. A simple lifestyle compatible behavior modification program and
3. Support and accountability from a caring health coach.

Low Glycemic Meal Plan: Clients will eat 5-6 small balanced meals per day. During weight loss they use 5 meal replacements and one lean & green meal.

Simple Lifestyle/Behavior Modification Program: Research shows there are 5-6 critical habits that lead to lasting weight control. We offer our clients different support venues like weekly conference calls, individual nutrition support, a robust online support system and books, DVD’s and home study material. |

Health Professional Support and Accountability: In addition to the support mentioned above (which is provided by the virtual clinic staff) our office plays an important role in monitoring clients on the program. Health coaches will teach you best practices to make this effective for your success. |
